Rashi started her journey as an HR professional in a leading MNC in Gurgaon. On paper, everything was secure—but deep down, she knew she wanted more.
In 2015, she took a leap of faith and started her jewellery business with no clear roadmap—just determination and belief.
There were struggles.
There were failures.
There were moments of doubt.
But she didn’t stop.
She built her brand from scratch, scaled it across online platforms, and in 2022, opened her first retail store in Delhi—rebranding it into Zayn Luxury Jewellery, a name inspired by her son.
Today, she is on a mission to help women do the same—
start, build, and grow their own businesses with confidence.
